Merry Xmas

I'm currently in Poole for xmas and getting some good old fashioned steady running in, building my mileage up post Euro Champs. It's nice to run in some less familar surroudings and recharge the batteries at the same time, although I've been up early a number of times the past 10 days or so as Thomas has been waking earlier (the little man seems to be teething at the moment).

I'm likely to race the Poole 10k race on boxing day, so will post that result at the end of the week. It's a race I won 2 years ago, a 4 lap course 'Round the Lakes' as its referred too and a fairly quick course.

Anyway hope everyone has a great xmas.
